The cooling tank is a device designed to cool the pieces immediately after molding, before being cut or sent to the final process. This system is made up of:
- a stainless steel tank, with variable dimensions depending on the model to be cooled;
- a cooling group;
- a continuous circulation pump between the water in the tank and the interior of the heat exchangers;
- a remote panel capable of keeping the tank temperature and level under control. Taking advantage of the water circuit (tower or cooler), the system is able to maintain an ideal temperature inside the tank, through the electronic instrument located on the control panel, in order to obtain an optimal cooling of the piece for a cut precise. The pump, always in operation, draws water from the tank and, after passing it through the exchanger, returns it creating a cyclone so that a homogeneous temperature is reached. The exchanger is equipped with large enough conduits to avoid a rapid blockage of both the primary circuit (through which the water in the tank passes) and the secondary circuit (through which the tower’s water passes).
